Lynnette Hafken has been a lactation consultant for 17 years. She has served the Fed is Best Foundation over the last 6 years as a writer, editor, and support group administrator, and is currently Director of Support Services. She works in hospital and private practice settings, with the goal of helping families have a positive breastfeeding experience for as much and as long as they want to. Occasionally, she takes breaks from the internet by spending time with her two adult and one teenage children.
